Driving change: Linking energy, transport and nutrient flows

On 12 November 2025, the Irish Regional Cluster of NPower will host the launch workshop for the Energy & Transport MAT, at Blackrock Castle Observatory (Cork).

This session will bring together energy and transport stakeholders working towards circular economy goals, including policymakers, energy associations, renewable energy companies, biogas producers, and local communities.

Participants will take part in an interactive co-creation session to map nutrient inputs and outputs across the sector, identifying drivers, barriers, and opportunities to integrate nutrient management into Ireland’s energy and transport systems. The event will also feature a presentation on the NPower project and roadmap for the Regional Clusters.
