Industry at the core of circular nutrient management

Workshop

On 7 November 2025, the Irish Regional Cluster of NPower will hold the launch workshop for the Industry MAT, at Horse & Jockey Hotel, Thurles.

This workshop will bring together representatives from Ireland’s key industrial sectors, including food and drink production, dairy, meat and fish processing, breweries, distilleries, wood processing, milling and biorefineries. Participants will exchange insights and co-develop approaches to manage nutrients more efficiently across supply chains and production systems.

The programme includes an introductory video and presentation by the Irish Bioeconomy Foundation on the BioScaleUp initiative, followed by an overview of the NPower project and Regional Cluster roadmap. The second half of the event will feature a co-creation session focused on identifying nutrient inputs, outputs, drivers and barriers within industrial processes.
